Welcome to Kazay Limo's policy page. Here, you'll find everything you need to know about our service agreement, ensuring a smooth and luxurious experience. We are committed to providing premium transportation with professional chauffeurs. Please read the following policies carefully.

Reservation requirements

  • All bookings must be made under the passenger’s legal name.
  • ID must match the name on the reservation.
  • A deposit may be required to secure the date, time, and vehicle.
  • Full payment must be completed before or at pickup unless otherwise agreed.

To ensure a seamless booking process, please provide accurate information and be prepared to verify your identity.

Deposit & payment policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation terms apply.
  • Accepted payments: Cash App, Apple Pay, Stripe, Tap-to-Pay, and onboard card payments.
  • Remaining balance is due before the ride begins.

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. Please note that deposits are generally non-refundable to secure your reservation.

Cancellation & refunds

  • Cancelling within 24 hours results in full charge.
  • Cancelling earlier forfeits only the deposit.
  • No-shows or late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may incur fees.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy to avoid any unexpected charges. We appreciate your understanding.

Customer identification & security

  • All riders must verify their identity.
  • Kazay Limo may refuse service if ID does not match, passenger is unsafe, or illegal items are present.

For your safety and security, we require all riders to verify their identity. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

Conduct & vehicle care

  • No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
  • Damage or spills will result in cleaning or repair fees.
  • Aggressive behavior leads to immediate termination of service.

We maintain a clean and respectful environment in our vehicles. Please help us by adhering to these guidelines.

Waiting time policy

  • Airport pickups include 30 minutes free wait time.
  • All other pickups include 15 minutes free wait time.
  • Additional waiting time billed at standard hourly rate.

We understand delays can happen. Please note our waiting time policy to avoid any extra charges.

Ride adjustments & overtime

  • Extra stops, route changes, or overtime billed accordingly.
  • Overtime charged in 30-minute increments.

Any changes to your original ride plan may incur additional charges. Please communicate any adjustments in advance if possible.

Lost & found

  • Kazay Limo is not responsible for items left behind.
  • Items kept for 7 days before disposal.

Please ensure you have all your belongings before exiting the vehicle. We are not responsible for lost items.

Safety & compliance

  • Seatbelts required at all times.
  • Customer must provide child seats unless prearranged.
  • Driver has authority over safety and routing.

Your safety is our top priority. Please comply with all safety regulations during your ride.

Minor passenger policy (under 18)

  • Minors under 18 may ride but cannot book or reserve service.
  • Reservation must be made by a parent or legal guardian whose ID must match the booking.
  • Teen must present school ID or basic identification at pickup.
  • Parent/guardian must provide emergency contact and written approval (text or email acceptable).
  • Zero-tolerance for alcohol, vaping, smoking, or dangerous behavior.
  • Driver may end the trip if safety concerns arise.
  • Seatbelts mandatory at all times for minors.
